  • MSc Building Surveying
  • MSc Project Management in Construction
  • MSc Quantity Surveying
  • MSc Real Estate and Property Management
  • MSc Construction Management
  • MSc BIM and Digital Built Environments
  • To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of study on a full-time, on-campus Masters program in the Built Environment subject group of programs.
  • If you are a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible program, achieve at least a second class lower degree and meet your offer conditions by the admissions deadline.

How to Apply:

There is no separate application required for the Built Environment Postgraduate Silver Awards at University of Salford, UK.

If you are admitted to a particular program, then you will automatically be considered for the scholarship.

Required Documents: you should have the following

  • A pre-qualification degree,
  • Certificate for English proficiency,
  • A passport copy and
  • Copies of all academic transcripts.

Admission Requirement: the most minimum requirement to get selected for the program is to have at least a second class honors degree.

Language Requirement: if you are not native English speaker then you need to provide at least one of the following test certificate to prove English proficiency:

TOEFL IBT and TOEFL IBT: 79 overall including minimum listening – 17; reading – 18; writing – 17; speaking – 20

Pearsons: 60 = 6.5 IELTS, 53 = 6.0 IELTS, 51 = 5.5 IELTS

Duolingo English Test 90-115 with scores IELTS 5.5 = 90 / 6.0 = 95 / 6.5 = 100
